IYC NAT’L LEADERSHIP VISIT BAYELSA SPEAKER

TRACKING >>Barr. Oweilaemi Pereotubo, President of Ijaw Youth Council Worldwide and other members of his Exco pays courtesy call on RT. Hon. Tonye Emmanuel Isenah, Speaker Bayelsa State House of Assembly.

According to Barr. Oweilaemi Pereotubo, the visit is to felicitate and to congratulate Mr. Speaker first on his election victory and secondly on his emergence as Speaker of 6th Assembly.

Barr. Pereotubo while speaking said, he is very happy to also to see the likes of Hon. Barr. Tare Porri, member representing Ekeremor Constituency 1 and Hon. Felix Bonny Ayah, member representing Southern Ijaw Constituency 1 who are also close friends and has been part of the struggle, as he said he has no doubt Mr. Speaker is going to succeed and raise the bar as he promised the support of the Ijaw Youth Council, the umbrella body of all Ijaw youths all over the world.

Barr. Oweilaemi also commend and thanked His Excellency, Gov Henry Seriake Dickson, governor of Bayelsa State for his developmental strides and for giving more opportunities to youths in the state.

The IYC President further encourage Mr. Speaker to make good laws that will secure the lives and safety of youths across the Niger Delta and Bayelsans in particular.

While responding, RT. Hon. Tonye Emmanuel Isenah thank the IYC President, Barr. Oweilaemi Pereotubo and his team for the visit, pointing out that he is very grateful for their visit as he assures them of doing his best for Bayelsans and Ijaw nation.
