Joy Ashionye has been crowned Deltan Queen 2022 – See Details

Joy Ashionye Ugboh, 25, of Kwale, defeated 33 other finalists to become the 5th Deltan Queen 2022 and will officially represent Nigeria at the 2023 Miss United Continent Pageant in Ecuador, Track News reports.
Joy Ashionye is from Ulogwe-Isumpe in Delta state’s Ndowka West Local Government Area. A Delta State Polytechnic Ozoro certified science laboratory technologist and Delta State University, Abraka teacher in training.
Other Delta state pageant winners include the 2022 Deltan Queen Ambassador, Otobo Henrietta, Dafetta Obruche, and Odinde Nathalie.
Miss Iviero Jane Okiemute, the CEO, stated that the pageant promotes the best candidates and is supported by the Delta State Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
“The Deltan Queen pageant is a prestigious pageant event that honors the state’s girl-child and crowns the most deserving female icon as its queen.”
“As an organization with a clear goal and a strong desire to recognize emerging leaders, we are optimistic that the new winners will have a positive impact on society.”
Joy Ashionye has won The Deltan Queen 2022 Pageant, according to TRACK news reports.
