JUST-IN: Court of Appeal Upheld Fred Agbedi Election
In Portharcurt Court of Appeal sitting today upheld the Election victory of Hon. Frederick Yeitimone Agbedi, of PDP member Representing Sagbama-Ekeremor Federal Constituency in the 10th National Assembly.
You TrackNews recall that the election of Fred Agbedi earlier declared by INEC in February, 2023 was nullified by a Tribunal sitting in Yenagoa in September 2023 in a petition filed by Hon Michael Bless Olomu of the APC.
TrackNews Reports that the judgment came after an Appeal filed by the defendants PDP and Agbedi.
