JUST IN!!! Tight Security In Federal High Court, Abuja As Ex-Pension Chief, Maina Knows Fate Today

Operatives of the Department of the State Services, DSS, and the Nigeria Police Force have flooded the Federal High Court, Abuja, where judgment is expected to be delivered in the N2 billion fraud case involving Abdurasheed Maina, former Chairman of the now-defunct Presidential Pension Reform Task Team (PPRTT).
Maina was put on trial on 12 counts of criminal charges involving money laundering.
Justice Okon Abang is expected to deliver judgment in the trial that started in 2019.
Tracknews Online however noted that over 50 security operatives have stormed the court premises ahead of the judgment.
The fully-armed security operatives are controlling the inflow and outflow of lawyers, journalists, and litigants to the courtroom.
Meanwhile, Justice Abang is still being expected in the courtroom.
