Lagos Free Trade Zone Customs Exceeds 2023 Revenue Target by 102.82%, Aiming for N108 Billion in 2024
The Nigeria Customs Service @CustomsNG, Lagos Free Trade Zone Command has exceeded revenue expectations by an impressive 102.82%.
Customs Area Controller, Comptroller Mohammed Babandede, revealed that the Command’s 2023 revenue surged to N68 billion, surpassing the N34 billion target.
Additionally, N5,087,161,681 was generated from Lekki Port in April 2023.

Babandede attributed the success to the dedication of officers and improved collaboration with agencies.
Anticipating continued growth, he emphasised the Command’s commitment to professionalism and exceeding the N108 billion target for 2024.
