Lampard’s first game in charge of Chelsea after Potter’s sack revealed

Chelsea are close to an agreement with Frank Lampard which will see him manage the team until the end of the season, The Athletic reports.
It is understood that a deal could be done in time before Saturday’s Premier League clash with Wolves.
The Blues are looking for their third permanent coach of this campaign following Graham Potter’s dismissal on Sunday night.
Julian Nagelsmann, who was sacked by Bayern Munich at the end of March, is one option under consideration.
Nagelsmann would be willing to take over immediately, while former Barcelona and Spain head coach Luis Enrique is also in the running, with the Spaniard holding talks with the club in London on Wednesday.
However, the Blues will not rush the process, with co-owners Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali committed to carrying out a thorough process before naming a long-term option
