Recall that Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere had taken to his Facebook page on Thursday to share a photograph of himself in the hospital, requesting prayers from his followers. The post, accompanied by the caption, “Please put me in your prayers,” garnered significant attention.

Recognised for his philanthropic endeavours, the apostle has recently faced scrutiny regarding allegations of abandoning some of his beneficiaries, including those on scholarships abroad.

The case of two former security guards, known as the Happy Boys, who were on an OPM scholarship to Cyprus, gained significant traction on social media as they accused the clergyman of neglect.
