Mr. Ibena Rufus Applauds PAP Boss Dr. Otuaro For securing Jobs and Other Benefits Through NDLEA

The National Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Program 2nd phase Gen. Ibena Rufus Salvation has praised Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro for his critical partnership with (NDLEA) Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agencies in securing job opportunities and a range of benefits for beneficiaries of the Presidential Amnesty Program. This collaboration marks a major milestone in the ongoing reintegration efforts for individuals involved in the Niger Delta struggle.
Mr. Ibena emphasized that the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Program has the full authority to work with any government agency, including drug enforcement bodies, to ensure the successful employment and reintegration of beneficiaries. He urged critics, particularly those who were not directly part of the Niger Delta struggle but still received benefits from the Amnesty Program, to avoid making uninformed comments. “Those like Mr. Austin Ogodogo, who are not recognized beneficiaries, should seek proper education and understanding of the program before voicing their opinions.”
Ibena Rufus Salvation expressed his gratitude to the Amnesty Program Administrator for his continued commitment to the program. He encouraged the Administrator to persist in fostering more partnerships, ensuring that the program continues to achieve positive outcomes for all involved.
