My Husband is sl##ping with my Daughter – Lady Cries Out

TRACKING>A Lady by named Ifeoma Jackson said she is dying, because her husband is molesting her Daughter.
The Lady dragged her husband to Ogun State High Court, Isabo, Abeokuta seeking that it dissolves thier Eight-year-old Marriage.
Ifeoma in her suit accused her husband of irresponsibility and incest. She appealed to the Court to grant her custody of their two children and also to make him responsible for their needs.
The husband (David Jackson) did not show up in court after being served a court summon and court hearing.
Ifeoma Jackon giving her evidence, stated that: My Lord, my husband is irresponsible, he also did the abominable and this is taking it’s toll on my health. She also said her husband is not interested in the education of their two children, because he left the care of the children to her and never bothered to know how they fair. She said she enrolled them in School and have been responsible for the payment of their fees.
She went on: My Lord, David is evil, He did the abominable, My Husband defiled my Daughter who i had in my previous marriage. He defiled her at the age of thirteen and has been molesting her without my knowledge.
David would wait till i had gone to the office early in the morning and have carnal knowledge of my daughter.
She also stated that, My Lord: I noticed that my daughter suddenly started running away from home. She would stay away from home sometimes for up to two weeks. According to my Daughter, she said my husband always threatened her not to tell anybody, which made her confessed to her friend, because she confided in her. Her friend informed her Mother, It was her friend’s mother who let the cat out of the bag. She told me my husband had been sleeping with my daughter more than two years. I was shocked when i heard this, I asked my daughter and she confirmed it.
She explained to me how it all started and when my husband was confronted with his atrocity, he didn’t deny it. “My Lord, what David did is an abomination in our town, it is also a taboo. I felt ill as a result of his shameful and disgraceful act, i fell like i am dying inside of me and i have not gotten better.
“My Lord, the sight of my husband irritates me. I can’t stick him any longer. I pray that you separate us and hand over our children to me for adequate care. ” I also plead with the court to enforce it that he should be responsible for their upkeep.
The Court president, having hearing from the plaintiff, it was obvious that the marriage has been broken, and he gave his judgement.
Ruling, he dissolved their union and granted the plaintiff custody of their two children.
The defendant was asked to pay the sum of N20,000 as their children’s feeding allowance. This the court said must be paid through the court. The court in addition mandated him to be responsible for their education and health care.
