National Chairman of PAP Phase 2, Gen. Ibena Salvation, Attends Ayakoro Annual Festival
General Ibena Rufus Salvation, the National Chairman of Presidential Amnesty Programme Phase 2, attended the Ayakoro Annual Festival in Ayakoro Community, Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa state.
