Ibekimi Oriamaja Reports.

Controversial Funmilayo Adebayo, a Nigerian evangelist known as Mummy GO, has criticized Christians who watch the popular Nigerian reality television show BBNaija.

She was seen preaching to her followers in a viral video about why they should avoid the show, calling Christians who watch it “bastards.”

“This is the logo of Big Brother Nigeria,” the preacher said of the show’s logo during a sermon (BBNaija). As a God’s child, you are nothing more than a fool to be watching this demonic program.”

She also called pastors whose congregations watch the show “bastards.”

“And your pastor is a bastard, too, because this logo represents Orion’s eyes, which is one of the archangels who died fighting God… anti-God,” the preacher explained.

The controversial evangelist became a social media sensation earlier this year after snippets of her sermons trended on Nigerian social media.

In an interview, Mummy G.O claimed that some of the videos that circulated online were doctored, claiming that ‘even Lucifer wouldn’t say those things.’

“I saw those videos, but I didn’t feel bad about it because some of the people who posted them are my enemies.” 90% are simply having fun on social media and following trends. They’ve never met me before.

“Many people are unaware of the scandalous circumstances that led to it.” For Nigerian youth, stress is too much. People need things that make them laugh. Some people were unaware that I existed. I never said anything like that. Most of the videos have been edited.

“Not even Lucifer would say such things if he became a pastor, let alone a preacher.” Those involved began working together eight years ago. “They began with magazines, but when that failed, they sent armed men to find me,” she explained.
