Commends President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for Pioneering Human Capital Development in The Niger Delta.

The bold Initiative to carry out series of stakeholders’ consultative meetings, fostering collaboration and inclusive decision making, has earned High Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro, the administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, high praise from Niger Delta Youths for Positive Change, a prominent grassroot youth organization.

In a statement made available to newsmen on Sunday, by the group’s President, Comrade Elliot Yibakeni, lauded Dr. Otuaro’s commitment to engaging with diverse stakeholders, ensuring that the voices of youths, women, and community leaders are vividly heard.

In same vain, the organization also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his visionary leadership, setting the stage for rapid human capital development in the region.
The stakeholders’ consultative meetings, championed by Dr. Otuaro, which held on Friday in Warri, Delta State saw in attendance dignitaries of high social standing.

The President general, ( Niger Delta Youths for Positive Change) Comrade Elliot Yibakeni re-emphasised that the meeting has already yielded fruitful outcomes, including the identification of key projects and initiatives aimed at empowering youths, promoting economic development, and enhancing the region’s infrastructure. This collaborative approach has rekindled hope and renewed confidence in the government’s ability to drive positive change in the Niger Delta.

The Technical Assistant to the Programme Administrator Mr. Edgar Biu Daniel also used the opportunity to call on all well meaning citizens of the Niger Delta to unite in support of Chief Dennis Otuaro. He stated that Dr. Otuaro’s visionary leadership will bring peace, stability, and development to the region, empowering our communities and fostering economic growth.

The organization however, urged stakeholders to sustain this momentum, working together to ensure the successful implementation of these initiatives and cementing the Niger Delta’s position as a hub of progress and development.
