Nigerian Navy Gets New Spokesman
The Nigerian Navy has appointed a new spokesman in the person of Commodore Adedotun Olukayode Ayo-Vaughan.
Tracknews reports Commodore Ayo-Vaughan replaces Commodore Suleman Dahun who has been redeployed.
According to a statement on Tuesday, signed by the Navy Director of Plans, Rear Admiral JD Akpan, Dahun is now Director of Civil-Military Cooperation.

Commodore Ayo-Vaughan is a member of the 43rd Regular Course of the Nigerian Defence Academy.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a Masters Degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
He also holds Masters in Defence Management, Command and Strategy, Ecole de Guerre, France and Post Graduate Certificate in Data Science and Business Analytics from the University of Texas, USA.
He attended the French War College (Ecole de Guerre), Paris, France for his strategic course.
Meanwhile, the Convener of Concerned Nigerians movement, Deji Adeyanju, on Tuesday called for the arrest of the younger brother of the former head of the IGP Intelligence Response Team, Abba Kyari before he flees the country.
This is coming after an investigation carried out by the police revealed that popular internet fraudster, Ramon Abba, also known as Hushpuppi paid ₦235,120,000 into Kyari’s brother’s account.
It was further stated that the suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police transferred ₦44 million to his brother’s bank account in multiple transactions.
Adeyanju while reacting to this development, said the police should have arrested Kyari’s brother to prevent him from tampering with evidence.
