Obidient Movement Visits Emir of Kano, Strengthens Presence in Northern Nigeria

Morris Monye, the Director of Mobilization for the Obidient Movement, recently led a delegation to meet with the Emir of Kano, reaffirming the group’s commitment to national unity and inclusive governance. The visit was part of ongoing efforts to expand the movement’s reach and engage with key stakeholders in Northern Nigeria.

During the meeting, Monye and his team discussed issues related to national development, youth empowerment, and democratic participation. As part of the visit, Monye also joined supporters of the movement in Kano for Iftar, the evening meal to break the Ramadan fast.
