In light of recent reports that a faction of the Labour Party is attempting to have Peter Gregory Obi’s petition challenging the results of the presidential elections on February 25 withdrawn, veteran journalist and public affairs commentator Jimi Disu has come forward to explain why Nigerians shouldn’t permit the case to be closed before a full trial.
