Panel submit report of Magu’s corruption allegations investigation
TRACKING____Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari Friday received the final report of the judicial commission of inquiry that investigated graft allegations leveled against the former acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ibrahim Magu.
The report was presented by the chairman of the panel, retired justice Ayo Salami.
Magu is being investigated following allegations made by the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami.
They include the “alleged sale of seized assets to cronies, associates and friends.”
Magu denies the allegations.
