PDP: The race for Kaduna governorship in 2023 will be a fight to the death.

By Ibekimi Oriamaja
The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has described the 2023 governorship election in Kaduna state as a “do or die” battle.
The State Secretary, Alhaji Ibrahim Wosono, made the remarks while speaking to members of the Coalition of Southern Kaduna Young People, who paid Sallah homage to the Party’s governorship flagbearer, Isa Ashiru.
We are prepared and determined to defend our votes because, in the previous election, I was detained and harassed for doing so. “As a result,” he said, “the election is a do-or-die situation for me.”
Furthermore, the party’s flagbearer stated that the PDP will save the state from bad governance and that the party must win the state’s next election regardless of the obstacles.
If elected, Ashiru promised the people of Southern Kaduna that he would lead an inclusive government in the state.
