Peacemaker punched to d£ath while trying to stop f!ght in Adamawa

A resident of Sina Kwande in Michika Local Government Area of Adamawa State, Markus Dali, has lost his life while attempting to settle a f!ght between two individuals.
The incident occurred when Dali intervened in a dispute between Barka Yama and Alex Z. Tari. It was gathered that Barka allegedly struck Dali, causing him to fall unconscious. He was later confirmed d3ad at the hospital. The 32-year-old suspect, Barka, has been arrested and charged with culpable homicide under Section 191 of the Penal Code.
At a magistrates court in Yola, the prosecuting officer, ASP Francis Audu, recounted the events, explaining that Dali tried to separate the two fighters but was dealt a fatal blow by Barka. Chief Magistrate Muhammed Njidda has ordered Barkas remand at a correctional facility, pending legal advice from the Department of Public Prosecutions.
