Peter Obi Exposes INEC’s Server Logs in Manipulated Election Results To Presidential Tribunal

Peter Obi, the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) for the February 25 election has made a serious claim regarding the 2023 presidential election results.
According to our reporter Obi, has said that the server logs and uploads showed that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) manipulated the results of the Saturday, February 25 presidential election.
Obi and Labour Party’s submission is contained in a further reply to the preliminary objection by INEC asking the Presidential Election PetitionsTribunal to dismiss their petition challenging the outcome of the election, especially Nigeria’s president-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s victory.
However, in the reply filed by their lead counsel, Levy Uzoukwu (SAN),Obi and Labour Party said there was no factual basis for INEC’s alleged circumvention of the mandatory transmission of the results of the election from the BVAS in the polling units to the IReV.
Obi and LP said the alleged issue of HTTP 500 error invented by INEC was an excuse for its non-compliance with the mandatory provision for direct upload.
Obi and LP further averred “that in the 1st Respondent (INEC)’s unlawful invention of ‘technological glitches’ by which results of the election were misrepresented, the actual scores of the petitioners (Obi and LP) were suppressed, omitted, miscalculated and deducted as shown in the reports and forensic analysis pleaded in the petition and incorporated by reference herein.”
Peter Obi also accused the electoral umpire of being biased following the outcome of the February 25 presidential election that produce Bola Tinubu as the President-elect.
The former governor of Anambra state insisted that the electoral umpire ought to maintain neutrality in electoral contests among candidates.
Peter Obi, however, criticised INEC for submitting a preliminary objection in favour of Tinubu, in a reply he filed before the PEPC.
The Labour Party flagbearer pointed out that the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal had already warned INEC not to put itself “in a position where imputation of partiality in favour of one party against one will be levelled against it
