The All Progressives Congress (APC) has begun a tour of Northeastern states with the goal of identifying and resolving all complaints.

Comrade Mustapha Salihu, the National Vice-Chairman of the party in charge of the Northeast, who is leading the tour, said yesterday in Yola, the Adamawa State capital, that all grievances would be resolved before next year’s general elections.

“You can’t have a party presenting members for competitive elections without conflicts, and it’s good that people are voicing their grievances,” the APC zonal chairman told reporters covering the Adamawa State Engagement of the Northeast zonal tour in Yola yesterday. He stated that the APC would campaign as a unified front in the 2023 elections.

The Adamawa State Engagement of the Northeast Zone Tour kicked off at the Muna Hotel in Yola, where the National Vice-Chairman addressed the media.

He reiterated that issues such as the court case challenging Senator Aishatu Binani’s election as the party’s Adamawa State candidate for the 2023 elections would be resolved amicably.

Following that, the team would meet with party stakeholders in other Northeast states such as Taraba, Bauchi, Gombe, Yobe, and Borno.
