Matawalle saves a policeman from kidnappers.
Ibekimi Oriamaja Reports
On Wednesday, DSP Usman Ali, the officer in charge of the Magami Police Outstation in Gusau, was freed from his captors by Zamfara Governor Bello Matawalle.
This is stated in a statement made by Mr. Jamilu Birnin-Magaji, the governor’s press secretary.
DSP Ali was kidnapped on August 12 on the Gusau-Dansadau road in Zamfara by alleged bandits.
However, the victim was freed by the governor thanks to the work of the state’s task force on security, which handed him over to the governor in Gusau unharmed.
Community security officers are established by Matawalle on July 3, 2022.
Regarding Matawalle’s switch to the APC, Sule Lamido says: He appears to be fleeing from death but ends up in a coffin.

While welcoming the officer, Matawalle expressed his pleasure with the government’s efforts to combat banditry and kidnapping in the region.
He thanked Allah for granting the victim’s freedom and prayed for an end to the bandit threat and other crimes.
Ali expressed his gratitude to the governor and everyone who helped secure his release from the bandits.
