Youths are considered a special gift to a nation because they are vibrant and dynamic, with great physical and mental strength.
Little wonder the heads of state of the African Union, in 2006 adopted the United Nations African Youth Charter, this move was obviously in recognition of the value and relevance of youths in governance.
