President Buhari’s Media Aide Eyes National Assembly Seat (Photos)

The Personal Assistant on Digital and New Media to President Muhammadu Buhari, Bashir Ahmad, on Tuesday, expressed his intention to contest for a seat in the National Assembly.
Ahmad commenced consultation in Gaya, Ajingi and Albasu local government areas of Kano State to clinch a seat in the House of Representatives.
The media aide to President Buhari also met with the state Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje on Tuesday.

In other news, former Kano State Governor, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has officially joined the race to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.
Tracknews reported that the former Minister of Defence on Tuesday paid the required N30m and obtained the presidential nomination and expression of interest forms for the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP).
