Presidential election: Atiku’s camp reacts to Tinubu’s victory
The camp of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has reacted to the victory of the All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu.
The spokesman of Atiku-Okowa Presidential Campaign Council, Daniel Bwala, said the silence that greeted Tinubu’s victory indicated that something was wrong.
In a series of tweets, Bwala said the 2023 presidential election will go down in history as the most criminally organized poll in Nigeria.
He wrote: “Victory celebrated with graveyard silence. Something is just not right
“This February 2023 election otherwise called “2023 presidential allocation” will run down in the history of this country as the most criminally organized election with high level precision between Nigerians and foreign agents.”
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, had declared Tinubu winner of the presidential election.
Tinubu defeated his main rival, Atiku and Labour Party’s Peter Obi
