Pretty Lady Arrested With Bundle Of Fake N1000 Notes

Bola Agbedimu, a 30-year-old woman, was arrested on Valentine’s day after she was caught with fake naira notes at kila market in odeda local government area of Ogun state.
Tracknews.ng gathered that Bola’s arrest came following a complaint at the Odeda divisional headquarters by the chairperson of Egbalawa crops/fruits association, that the suspect was caught spending fake naira notes in the market.
The DPO Odeda division, CSP Femi Olabode immediately sent his detectives to the scene where the suspect was held and arrested.
A sum of fake twenty thousand was also discovered inside her bag. The suspect is known to be a habitual counterfeit naira, note dealer, confessed her mode of operation is mixing the counterfeit notes with genuine ones and using it to purchase goods.
Preliminary investigation shows that the suspect had been arrested on different locations around the different markets within Abeokuta.
Confirming the incident, the spokesperson of the state police command, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, said the commissioner of police, CP Lanre Bankole, has ordered the immediate transfer of the suspect to state criminal investigation and intelligence department for further investigation and diligent prosecution.
