Hon.Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi (CON), the honourable Minister for Transportation and the Leader of the APC, South-South, the double DG, the deliverer of projects, and pillar of the President Muhammadu Buhari’s Next Level Agenda.

Sir, as a man who by sincerity of purpose and dogged will to make greatness happen, you have distinguished yourself as the only man in modern politics to head and direct a presidential campaign to success twice, back to back. We at the NDDC and the Niger Delta celebrate your leadership , your desire to touch lives, and most especially your outspokenness in affairs that concern the betterment of society and the common man, this zeal has enabled you to produce men of substance at every nook and cranny of the Niger Delta, men who are now leaders in their own niches which truely establishes you as the undisputed Lion of the Niger Delta.
