RE: PROTEST AGAINST PAP BOSS DR DENNIS OTUARU, AN UNNECESSARY DISTRACTION THAT SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY.

In the last few days of the appointment of the new head of the Presidential Amnesty Program , there has been an orchestrated unjustified false protest against his ascension to the office of the PAP.
While , it is submitted that every one has a right to air their opinions about any issue provided it’s done decently and with absolute adherence to the law, it is also pertinent to state for the avoidance of any doubt that Dr Dennis Otuaru not only represent a critical segment of the core agitators and struggle personae’s, but one who is schooled in our ways and goals .
It is noted with elation that upon his appointment there has been a perceptible calm and great rejoice from the critical stakeholders in the region . This did not come as a surprise nor by error but a clear manifestation and deep expression of the confidence reposed in him given his track record in our drive towards emancipation of our people as it affects our relationship with the Nigerian State and the oil conglomerates.
Consequently , in the last few days of his appointment we have seen a crisscross of necessary consultations by the new czar of the PAP, with a view to deepening and running an all inclusive leadership that will address the obvious lacunas in the successive management of the program in tandem with the agenda of the President’s renewed hope agenda.
There has also been an undeniable but noticeable acceptance with commensurate note of commendations to the President and commander in chief for his prompt response to the agitations of our people in appointing one who comes from the core of struggle platform .
Chief Dennis Otuaru is one of us whose ability to steer the ship of PAP successfully is not in doubt as a man who is deeply indoctrinated in our ways and culture .
It’s upon this undeniable and undisputed facts that this position is being made that the Nigerian populace should ignore the minute minority sponsored voice against Chief Dennis Otuaru as he drives a new hope agenda to reposition , restrategize and reenergize the entire program to meet its original core mandate .
Dr Dennis represents our collective conscience and consciousness and our people are resolved with absolute resilience to support and work with the new PAP boss to actualize our expectations.
In the light of this reality , the Presidency is advised to ignore and see this as an unnecessary storm in a tea cup.
We again reiterate, that Dr Dennis Burutu Otuaru has the mental , the educational and requisite experience and exposure to give the desired leadership to revamp the PAP .

This is not a time to distract the new PAP boss but a time where all hands must be on deck as there is much to be done and we must all work together to achieve its cardinal objective.
In conclusion, while we are mindful of the rights of
those paid merchants who deliberately create a feeling of unacceptability, let them also know that there is limit to such falsehood as Ijaw Nation will not hesitate to take appropriate measures to respond to such deliberate calumny at all times .
As the PAP continues to draw a new map in meeting its strategic goals under the leadership of Chief Dennis Otuaru, what we owe him as a brother and patriotic Nigerians is to support and work with him to actualize our collective aspirations.
Enough of this imaginative brouhaha as the Amnesty program is in safe hands .
