Wantaway Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo is set to join Bayern Munich.
According to reports, Cristiano Ronaldo intends to leave Manchester when the January transfer window opens and has discussed his plans with Bayern Munich.
Track News News recalls the player’s recent contentious interview, in which the Portuguese stated that he felt betrayed by the Red Devils while being questioned by Piers Morgan.
He claimed that the club’s administrators and Dutch manager Erik ten Hag are attempting to get rid of him.
Meanwhile, Bayern executives traveled to England last week for talks, according to Sportsmail, and Ronaldo and his agent, Jorge Mendes, were present.
In the summer, Mendes made a valiant attempt to lure Ronaldo away from Manchester United, pitching him to Bayern Munich and a number of other clubs, including Chelsea, Sporting Lisbon, and Napoli.
According to Track News Mendes and Newcastle discussed a move for the five-time Ballon d’Or winner last month.
Bayern’s CEO, Oliver Khan, previously stated in July that the club considered signing Ronaldo but that he did not fit with the team’s “concept.”
Furthermore, Chelsea owner Todd Boehly may offer Ronaldo a way out of Manchester United in January.
Last summer, the American, who is close to Mendes, expressed interest in Ronaldo but was rejected by Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel.
Graham Potter, on the other hand, is said to be uninterested in signing the Portuguese talisman at this stage of his career.
