SAGBAMA NULGE COMMISERATES WITH THE BAYELSA NULGE STATE PRESIDENT OVER DEATH OF HIS FATHER

TRACKING_____The Chairman of the Sagbama Local Government branch of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Comrade Kurokeme Agberekeme, has on behalf of the executive and staff of the Council, commiserated with the NULGE State President, Comrade (Dr.) Akpos Ekiegha, over the demise of his father, Elder Okosiye Ekiegha.In a statement released on Saturday, Comrade Kurokeme Agberekeme said the NULGE Family in Sagbama Local Government Council received the news of the death of the NULGE President’s father with shock, and expressed the belief that Elder Okosiye Ekiegha lived a peaceful and God-fearing life worthy of emulation by all.The statement said the Sagbama Local Government branch of the Union would stand steadfastly with the NULGE State President and the entire Ekiegha family throughout this trying period, and to give every needed support in prayers and service before, during and after the burial. The statement also prayed the Lord God Almighty to give the family the needed fortitude to overcome the pain of loss at a time their octogenarian father’s wealth of experience seemed a priceless asset to not only the Ekiegha dynasty alone but also to society at large.Elder Okosiye Ekiegha, who was 80 years old, passed on peacefully at his country home in Ebedebiri on Friday, 28th of August 2020.
