Salvation Leads Delegation to Honor Late Pinapina Otuaro in Delta State

The National Chairman of Phase 2 of the Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP), Gen. Ibena Rufus Salvation, led a delegation of leaders and beneficiaries of the program to Oporoza Community in Delta State to pay their last respects to the late Mrs. Pinapina Otuaro. The community, located in the heart of the Gbaramatu Kingdom, hosted the solemn farewell ceremony in honor of the late matriarch.

The burial events took place on Friday and Saturday, with Gen. Ibena Rufus Salvation guiding the procession to commemorate the life of Mrs. Pinapina Otuaro. She was the stepmother of Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Program, and the biological mother of His Excellency, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, former Deputy Governor of Delta State.

During the ceremony, Gen. Ibena Rufus Salvation delivered a heartfelt tribute, praising Mama Pinapina Otuaro as a pillar of strength, love, and wisdom. He highlighted her nurturing nature and unwavering support, describing her as a guiding force within the family and the community. He expressed sorrow over her passing, noting that her death represents a significant loss not just for the Otuaro family but for the larger community that valued her presence and contributions.

He extended his deepest condolences to Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, and the entire Otuaro family. He also offered prayers for divine comfort and strength for them during this period of mourning.

The burial ceremony was attended by family members, political dignitaries, friends, and well-wishers who came together to honor her memory. Many of those present spoke about her lasting impact and the legacy she left behind.
