Shock As Properties Of Atiku’s Pals In Port Harcourt Get Sealed Off

The internal scuffle in the Rivers State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has taken a new appearance.
The crisis in the party have witnessed some properties belonging to the friends of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the presidential flag-bearer of the opposition party, reportedly sealed in Port Harcourt.

As seen in reports exclusively obtained by Track News Nigeria, security officers on Thursday sealed a filling station in Port Harcourt reportedly owned by a member of the House of Representatives, Chinyere Igwe.

The affected legislator is an ally of former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Austin Opara, who is a supporter of Atiku.

Track News Nigeria covers that a hotel owned by a relative of Opara, Chinda has also been sealed off.

This follows after Nyesom Wike, the Rivers State Governor, cautioned that he would seal properties that are been used by politicians who are planning to disorganize the state.

The crisis in the ruling party in Rivers State has also seen a lounge belonging to Ogbonda Jones, who is also an ally of Opara, sealed by security operatives.

Track News Nigeria reports that police operatives did not state the rationales for their action.

When reached, Igwe l, while reacting to the action of police on Friday, noted that the sealing of his filling station is politically motivated.
