Soldier Dismissed Few Days To Decoration With New Rank Over Phone Stealing

The Nigerian Army has dismissed a soldier for stealing his colleague’s phone.
According to a source, the Lance Corporal, Kenewenimo Lokoja (12NA/67/3446) was dismissed last week.
He was said to have stolen a phone of one of his colleagues while on a course sponsored by the army authorities.
The source added that Kenewenimo was recently promoted to a new rank of Corporal and was expected to be decorated officially few days before his dismissal.
“He was dismissed a day before his decoration as a Corporal for stealing of phone while on course,” the source said.
