Soludo reveals what Peter Obi should do if he really wants to be Nigerian president
Anambra State Governor Charles Soludo has said that if Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi wants to fulfill his dream of becoming Nigeria’s president, he should return to his former party, the All Progressives Grand Alliance.
This was stated by the former Central Bank Governor in an article published on his Facebook page on Monday.
Obi’s presidential ambition will not be realized simply by hopping from one party to another, according to Soludo, who believes that his predecessor lacks the ability to win the 2023 presidential election.
He urged the former Anambra governor to warn his supporters not to attack his critics, especially on social media.
“Let me once again wish my brother Peter Obi good luck,” he said. He should enjoy himself and the fleeting frenzy of the moment. However, he must temper the desperation displayed by his social media mob.
Propaganda has its limits. A mob action frequently reflects the personality of its leader. Nobody has a monopoly on social media violence, and nobody should pretend to be God. Life will not come to an end in February/March 2023.
“I hope that after February 2023, Peter Obi will return to APGA (the party that made him everything he is politically) as I offered him on March 8th, 2022 and begin the hard work, if he truly wants to be Nigeria’s president.”
“It won’t happen by frantically jumping from one party to the next or by unleashing a social media mob on everyone who even slightly disagrees with you.”
