AFCON 2023: ‘Get Salah Fit As Quickly As Possible’ –Klopp Tells Egypt

Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp has told Egypt to ensure they get Mohamed Salah fit as quickly as possible.
Recall that that Salah has missed two of the team’s games and will be hoping to be fit ahead of their clash against South Africa in the round of 16.
However, in a chat with TribalFootball, Klopp said that he’s more concern on Salah’s fitness and will be delighted to see him back on the field of play.
“We have the exact same target as Egypt. Make Mo as fit as quickly as possible. When a player is injured, we help them.

“All parties agreed that it makes sense he does the rehab here. We have a season to play so want him fit.
In their final group game, Salah, nestled in the stands, went through a rollercoaster of emotions as he first saw Cape Verde take the lead in the first minute of first-half stoppage time.
After the break, Egypt then levelled the scores just minutes after the interval, with half-time substitute Trezeguet finishing brilliantly from a tight angle.
