AFCON: Confirmed lineup revealed as Super Eagles Coach Peseiro changes formation against Guinea-Bissau

Super Eagles head coach Jose Peseiro has revealed a new starting XI for today’s 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Group A encounter against Guinea-Bissau.
Four new players have earned their places for the following last week’s victory over hosts Cote d’Ivoire.
Chippa United’s shot-stopper Stanley Nwabali has retained his place in goal after his solid performance against Equatorial Guinea and Cote d’Ivoire.

The backline has witnessed a shuffle as Bright Osayi-Samuel will step into the right flank for his maiden AFCON start, while Ola Aina will be on the left. Omeruo and Ajayi will complete the defence.
Meanwhile, the trio of Frank Onyeka, Joe Aribo, and Alex Iwobi makes up the midfield.
Making up the attack are Moses Simon, Samuel Chukwueze and Victor Osimhen.
