Europa: Boniface Ends Goal Drought In Leverkusen Win

Nigeria’s Super Eagles Victor Boniface has ended his 5-game goal drought in Bayer Leverkusen’s 0-2 away win over BK Hacken.
Boniface has failed to score for club and country in the last 5 matches but his contribution to the team has been massive despite not scoring.
Leverkusen dominated the game and pegged back the host and Boniface quickly made their pressing game count with the opening goal in the 14th minute.
Boniface put the backline of the host on their toes throughout the entire first half of the game.
He was replaced early in the second half as Patrik Schick doubled Leverkusen’s lead in the 64th minute as the game ended 2-0 for the away side.
