Remo Stars defender Anaemena confident of NPFL top three finish
Remo Stars defender, Ifeanyi Anaemena has expressed confidence on the team’s chances of making it to the Super Six play off.
The Sky Blues suffered a setback in their pursuit of the Super Six ticket after they were held to a 1-1 draw by Bendel Insurance at the Remo Stars Stadium on matchday 14.
Anaemena said the players need to take their chances in other to achieve their goal of qualifying for the playoffs.
“The dream still intact. We are confident of making it to the Super Six,” he told Track news
“We failed to take our chances against Bendel Insurance and hopefully in our subsequent matches we will work on that so as to continue our push for the play off spot,” he said.
Remo Stars occupy fourth position on the Group A table with 23 points
