Terrorists feast as more kidnapped Kebbi students deliver babies, others pregnant
Terrorists have performed a naming ceremony for the baby delivered by a kidnapped Kebbi student.
The 16-year-old is one of the learners abducted from the Federal Government College (FGC) in Birnin Yauri.
The young mother is among 11 remaining female students yet to be released.
On June 17, 2021, armed bandits invaded the boarding school, and took 100 students and eight teachers. A policeman was killed.
PRNigeria was informed that a feast was held to celebrate the birth of the new baby.
A local source disclosed that two other students in captivity also gave birth to a baby girl and a boy.
“There are about four other female students who are pregnant at the moment. One of them is due to give birth any moment from now,”, he said.
One of the parents appealed to the National Security Adviser, Maj. Gen. Babagana Monguno (rtd) and Chief of Defence Staff, Gen. Leo Irabor, to ensure their children’s release.
