The Complete List of Newly Appointed River Commissioners

Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike swore in eighteen new Commissioners on Wednesday, seven months before the end of his administration.
According to Track News, the ceremony took place in the Executive Council Chambers of Government House in Port Harcourt.
Governor Wike charged the new appointees in his remarks to double their efforts and ensure that all projects initiated by his administration are completed in record time.
He also reaffirmed his administration’s resolve to finish strong and make a proper handover to his successor on May 28, 2023.
The governor urged every member of the State Executive Council to recommit to their tasks and achieve the desired results.
Wike charged the new commissioners with making the most of the opportunity to serve the state diligently for the sake of posterity.
As a result, he directed the new commissioners and those already in the cabinet to begin compiling the necessary data so that the reports could be completed on time.
