Tinubu: The Judges Accepted The Evidence We Gave To Them, I’m Happy There Is Progress Now- SAN Emeka Okpoko
According to reports yesterday, the Labour Party legal team was chastised in court by the Judges for being disorganized. If you recall, the Labour Party legal team took vote boxes to court as proof of result tampering during the election that resulted in the APC flag bearer, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, being declared the winner of the Presidential election.
A Labour Party lawyer, SAN Emeka Okpoko, told the press following the court verdict that the justices accepted the facts presented in court. He claimed that there were initial flaws that were publicized on social media. He did, however, assert unambiguously that the court proceedings went smoothly, with the Labour Party gaining a considerable advantage in their case.
”Initially, we had an issue, but everything went smoothly along the way,” he explained. We have all of the state documents offered, including the six states where there was a discrepancy, as well as all of the municipal governments. There were some hiccups, but the court eventually acknowledged all six states’ evidence.”
