Toyin Lawani: Why I teamed up with Gtext homes

Reality TV star cum fashionista Toyin Lawani has explained why she decided to team up with real estate firm, Gtext homes.

Lawani made this known during an interview where she bemoaned issues in the property sector and praised Gtext Homes for the company’s credibility over the years.

Lawani didn’t fail to express her delight while noting that Gtext Homes’ latest estate, Sardius Creek in Ogudu is available for immediate allocation immediately after payment is confirmed.

“The problem a lot of young landlords have in Nigeria is allocation. I know a lot about the business of property buying and selling and the major problem so far is allocation. Gtext Holdings is in a class of its own. When you buy land from them you get it all located to you immediately. People are just busy building and sand-filling. No one is talking about where the water goes. There is no drainage. Later when the water starts going up it leads to flooding.

“One thing is to acquire land, then you painstakingly build your land only to lose everything to water. Everyone is afraid to buy but when it comes to Gtext Homes, they are particular about making sure there is a proper drainage system in their estate and also that your building is properly structured. On Saturday, October 15, Lawani and controversial personality, Pretty Mike were led by the management and staff of Gtext Homes to the launch of Gtext Homes’ latest estate, Sardius Creek in Ogudu.
