TRIBUNAL VERDICT: I EMBRACE VICTORY WITH UNWAVERING SERVICE TO DELTA NORTH.

The National Assembly Elections Tribunal in Asaba, Delta State has affirmed my victory in the February 25th, 2023, Delta North senatorial election.
The Tribunal in an unanimous judgement upheld my victory and swiftly dismissed the petitions of two candidates who challenged my overwhelming electoral success.
It is a momentous development I accept with a glow of enthusiasm, vindicating the previous triumphant declaration by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
I humbly welcome the Tribunal verdict with a deep sense of honour and responsibility. A bold affirmation of an awesome mandate, freely given by the good people of Delta North, (Anioma) on the sovereign ballot of democracy.
My faith in civil governance, abides in time-honoured tradition of people centred choice and popular will, strengthened by sacred justice.
I extend my deep appreciation for the excellent professionalism exhibited by the three-member tribunal panel, led by Justice Catherine Ogunsanya, in interpreting the law and upholding the principles of jurisprudence.
The victory validates my long standing belief in the rule of law as a lawyer and patriot, passionate about the good of society. My primary focus is to diligently represent the aggregate interests of every constituent in Delta North regardless of political, religious or cultural affiliation.
As I have consistently maintained, when one assumes the responsibility of public office, there is no room for partisanship. I stand elected to serve the people, as the senator for residents of Anioma land.
I thank all in Delta North – Men, Women and Youths for their widespread support and goodwill. The victory is yours. I reiterate my commitment in fulfilling all the promises made to the wonderful people of Anioma who have stood by me unwaveringly.
I once again make a solemn assurance that I am poised for service and your trust will not be betrayed.
Let me also commend the two political parties and their candidates for exercising their rights through the judicial process, as this is a fundamental aspect of our democratic system.
I remain resolute in my dedication to the peace, progress and unity of Anioma towards the general well being of the people. Together, we shall forge ahead towards a brighter future.
I will devote my strength, integrity and firmness of resolve to serve Anioma for the betterment of the present and future generations.
Thank you all.
