Turnah Lauds Leadership in Key Industries: Congratulates Lokpobiri on PH Refinery and Ogbuku on NDDC’s Rice Production Success

PORT-HARCOURT_____George Turnah, MON, the South South Zonal Legal Adviser of the People’s Democratic Party, extends his heartfelt congratulations to Heineken Lokpobiri, the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, for his exemplary leadership in revitalizing the Port Harcourt refinery. Under Lokpobiri’s guidance, the refinery is on track to enhance operational efficiency, significantly bolstering Nigeria’s energy security and stimulating local economic growth.
In addition, Turnah commends Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), for his remarkable achievements in enhancing rice production initiatives. Ogbuku’s commitment to agricultural development is crucial in addressing local food challenges and improving farmers’ livelihoods in the Niger Delta, aligning with the nation’s goal of achieving self-sufficiency in agriculture.
