Two Arrested for K!lling Police Officer Over Pot of Soup in Adamawa

Adamawa State Police Command has apprehended two individuals in connection with the murder of a police officer, Ibrahim Maizabiwa.
Conquest Magazine gathered that the suspects, identified as 67-year-old Ezekiel Kefas and 44-year-old Stephen Zabadi, were arrested following a report filed by the victim’s son on November 19, 2024.
According to the command’s spokesperson, SP Suleiman Nguroje, the tragic incident unfolded in Wamsa-Suwa Ward, Lamurde Local Government Area. The officer, who was attached to the Gombe State Command, had visited Kefas’ residence when a dispute arose over a clay pot of soup that allegedly fell and shattered.
“Our investigation revealed that the deceased was k!lled and b¥ried in the community,” Nguroje stated.
The police are currently conducting a thorough investigation into the matter.
