UPDATE!! Ortom Reveals Reason Buhari Should Order Nnamdi Kanu’s Release

Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State has revealed the reason President Muhammadu Buhari should order the release of the leader of the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.
Tracknews had reported that Justice Nyako adjourned the case of the pro-Biafra activist till November 14, 2022, pending the determination of the Appeal Court.
It was gathered that Nnamdi Kanu’s legal team would approach the Court of Appeal following his bail denial by the High Court.
The IPOB leader is being tried over alleged running an illegal group, treason, and jumping bail.
Speaking during an interview on Arise TV on Wednesday, Ortom advised Buhari to release Kanu because he is a freedom fighter who wants to liberate his people.
The governor asked the President to order the release of the IPOB leader and go after the Fulani herdsmen terrorizing the country.
“How do you cage Nnamdi Kanu, a freedom fighter who says that he wants liberation for his people?
“Why are you not going to arrest Fulani men? Look at the train attack in Abuja to Kaduna. Up till today, our people are still being kept by these bandits. Where is the security? Where is the president? Tell me what happening.
“Sunday Igboho, they went after him in the South West and stopped him. Why can’t they stop these Fulani men who are terrorizing this country? And my local government, they kill people. And then, you want me to keep quiet? Do they want to intimidate us? I can never be intimidated,” he retorted.
