Victor-Gow Commends Sunn-Goli For Supporting Purposeful Governance

The National Financial Secretary of Ijaw Youth Council Worldwide, Comrade Victor-Gow Ayebatari has commended a federal lawmaker and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bayelsa State, Hon. Israel Sunny-Goli for supporting the second term bid of the Governor of Bayelsa State, Sen. Douye Diri.

Comrade Victor-Gow gave the commendation in a statement he issued in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State Capital. He described Hon. Sunny-Goli as a political giant who has seen it all in politics and has been one of the closest allies of the APC candidate, Chief Timipre Sylva, for decades.

The IYC national financial secretary noted that if Hon. Sonny-Goli said the ex-minister lacks the political structure to win the forthcoming Guber election, or cannot transform Bayelsa, then we must believe it hook line and sinker because he knew what he was saying.

Comrade Victor-Gow said Hon. Sunny-Goli’s renouncement of his allegiance to and support for Sylva shows that he means well for Bayelsa, and applauded his decision and courageous efforts towards ensuring victory for the miracle Governor Douye Diri.

Com. Victor-Gow stressed the need for every right thinking Bayelsan to toe the path of Sunny-Goli by supporting the incumbent Governor to win the November 11 election so that he will execute more people oriented projects, and assiduously promote peace and prosperity in Bayelsa State.

He commended the House of Representatives member for his immense contributions towards the success of the Nembe-Brass road project being executed by the Prosperity Administration of Senator Douye Diri.

Com. Victor-Gow assured that Hon. Sunny-Goli’s name would be documented as one of the leaders who valiantly supported the purposeful governance championed by Governor Diri when the history of Bayelsa State would be written in the future.
