We kidnapped her at the entrance of her estate and took her to our den, kidnap suspects confessed

According to a news that was posted by Punch Newspaper this yesterday, a sacked driver and his other gang members have admitted that they kidnapped the boss’ wife of one of their members.
According to the information that was gathered, it was made known that, Tigidam Bright, who happens to be a former driver of Chief Gani Topba along with his gang members, Isaac Michael and Leera Barisau kidnapped the wife of his former boss, Mrs Gift Topba.
Confessing how they carried out the operation, it was made known that they kidnapped Mrs Gift on August 25,2020 at the entrance of the gate of the estate where she lives and took her to their criminal den in Khana area of Rivers state.
It was made known that days after the wife of the popular Ogoni activist, Gani Topba was kidnapped, they contacted her family members and demanded for N100,000,000 as ransom of which, the money was later reduced to N500,000.
After she was freed, police operatives took over the case and the phone that was used to negotiate the transaction was traced to an unnamed man, who took policemen to where Issac Michael and Barisau is.
After more investigations were made, the two Arrested suspects confessed that it was Tigidam Bright that masterminded the kidnap and while Bright was talking, he denied orchestrating Mrs Gift’s abduction but made it known that he received N100,000 from the ransom that was paid.
While Tigidam Bright was narrating what happened, he made it known that before the lockdown, he was the one driving Chief Gani Topba and that during the lockdown, the Chief was in Abuja and instructed that his company in Port Harcourt be locked. Due to this, he submitted his car keys to the secretary and after the lockdown, he went back to the company, only for them to tell him he has been sacked by his boss reason been that, they said he took a contract he was supposed to give his boss to another company, of which he denied the allegation.
After he was sacked, he went to visit his friends, and narrated everything to them and they told him they will help him revenge.
