Why Tinubu’s choice of Shettima is a “very strong ticket” – See shocking details

By Adeleye Kunle
Deji Adeyanju, former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) New Media Director, said on Sunday that Bola Tinubu’s choice of Senator Kashim Shettima as his running mate is a very strong ticket that “will naturally deliver Borno State to him,” Track News reports.
Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate for the 2023 elections, has confirmed Shettima as his running mate, according to Track News.
Tinubu’s pre-presidential primaries campaign was led by Shettima.
Borno Central Senatorial District Representative Shettima is a former two-term Governor of Borno State.
The 55-year-old will take over for Kabiru Masari, whose name was submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as a “place-holder.”
In response to the news, Adeyanju tweeted: “Tinubu’s choice of Shettima is a very strong ticket.” Borno state will naturally be delivered to him by his VP pick.”
