Sudor Nwiyor, the Director General of the Wike Solidarity Movement, abandoned the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Tuesday (APC), TrackNews reports.
Nwiyor claimed that the people who worked for the ruling party were abandoned, while newcomers were enticed with money as the reason for the party’s demise.

He also stated that the leaders of the state’s local government areas are dissatisfied with their lack of appointment.

According to Nwiyor, he would disband the solidarity movement for Governor Wike in favor of the APC.

“My decision stems from the faulty regime in the PDP, where those who have worked for the party are dumped and abandoned, while money is given to newcomers to entice them to the party,” Nwiyor said.

“The entire leaders in the state’s 23 local government areas have had no appointment; they have been asking what is in it for them, and I have been unable to provide any answer.”

“This influenced my decision to join the APC.” “I’m going to collapse all of the WSM structures to the APC.”
