Wrestling Federation commiserates with Jackson Bidei, Bayelsa State Govt over Mrs Elizabeth Bidei’s demise

The Nigeria Wrestling Federation has deeply extended heartfelt condolences to the family of its board member, Jackson Bidei and the Bayelsa State Government over the death of the honourable commissioner for Women Affairs, Bayelsa State, Mrs Elizabeth Bidei.
The Wrestling Federation, in a statement personally signed by its President, honourable Daniel Igali on behalf of the board members, and the entire Wrestling family in Nigeria described the passing of honourable Elizabeth Bidei as shocking and heartbreaking.
According to the statement, everyone at the Wrestling Federation is deeply saddened with the development as Mrs Elizabeth was a strong pillar of the development of wrestling in Nigeria alongside her husband, legendary Jackson Bidei
“With profound sorrow, I share the heartbreaking news of the passing of the Honourable Commissioner for Women Affairs, Bayelsa State, Mrs. Elizabeth Bidei.”
“As we mourn this great loss, I ask that we hold her family in our prayers and extend our support to our board member, Mr. Jackson Bidei, her grieving husband.”
“I spent some time with him this evening, and his pain is immeasurable. Please join me in offering him strength during this unimaginably difficult time. May her soul find eternal rest.” Igali said.
The NWF urged her family to take solace in the enduring good name she left behind.
Honourable Elizabeth Bidei passed on Monday morning after a brief illness.
